The much awaited Indian Premium League season II has just begun in Cape Town with the first match being played between the Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. Lalit Modi spinned the coin, Dhoni won the toss, and has decided to bowl first.

“It will be exciting, getting new players which adds balance to the teams and it will be very interesting. Now that it’s not happening in India, let’s hope South Africa is as good as India,” Dhoni says.

Lalit Modi, the IPL commissioner, has declared the IPL open.
